Sky News' crime correspondent says he thinks the report into Lancashire Police around the release of personal information about Nicola Bulley was "quite damning"

Martin Brunt says since the Leveson Inquiry of 2012, many forces used the findings as an excuse "not to engage with journalists as they once did" - with many officers ending up "running scared" of speaking to the press.
