Residents of the picturesque community of Lehigh, Alta., nestled between the hoodoos and the Red Deer River within the Town of Drumheller, are being told they’re in a floodway and have no choice but to leave.
The town’s chief administrator says they looked at other options for the community, but none are reasonable. Residents say they were never even consulted.
