All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) leader Mohammed Intezaar from Muzaffarnagar said that the Muslim leaders were ignored by the political parties in Uttar Pradesh. He said that AIMIM has pledged to give a fair chance to the Muslim leaders. He also said that the AIMIM has also fielded a Hindu candidate. He stressed that AIMIM wants to maintain peace among Hindu and Muslim communities. However, other parties want to raise conflicts for their political benefits, he added.
