The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi cancelled the Central Bureau of Secondary Examinations for Class 12 and post that many states followed suit. Now, Odisha has announced the cancellation of exams for this year.

Earlier, Uttar Pradesh cancelled the exams as well.

The decisions have been taken due to ongoing Coronavirus pandemic
