The cars on a Florida fair ride were swinging, purportedly from a wind gust, as people screamed for help. At one point a loud bang is heard and something is seen falling from one of the cars. According to a Facebook post by Alexis Cresong, the ride malfunctioned and left people “stuck in midair, upside down” with no seat belts.
