The United States' latest mission to the Moon has stalled temporarily again due to a fuel leak. The Artemis programme is the US's second manned moon landing programme after the Apollo missions ended in 1972. They were inspired by President John F Kennedy's 1962 speech which set off a space race that is still playing out today.
