‘Hard landing’: Japanese company’s bid for moon landing fails

Japanese company iSpace says its uncrewed spacecraft probably crashed in an attempt to touch down on the moon surface.
Communication with the craft was lost just at the moment of the planned landing, and engineers have not been able to re-establish contact.
