The violence that took place on  26 January in Delhi and at the Red Fort was pre-planned. This disclosure has been made in the investigation of SIT of Crime Branch of Delhi Police. If sources are to be believed, certain groups were instructed to gather at the Red Fort and at ITO for the nuisance. According to police sources, the miscreant named Iqbal Singh, on whom the Delhi Police has placed a reward of 50 thousand, is behind this conspiracy.
