A history professor at the University of Oxford has been the subject of multiple complaints by students and staff. They’ve accused him of sexual harassment and drunkenness. The university has upheld their complaints but he’s still teaching. Al Jazeera’s I-Unit investigates why university complaints procedures rarely result in meaningful action to curb sexual misconduct by staff.
