The UN’s secretary-general says he has “never seen climate carnage” on a scale as large as he witnessed in Pakistan.
Antonio Guterres is in Sindh province, to assess the devastation caused by the worst flooding in decades.
Speaking to reporters about the people affected by the flooding, Guterres said: “My message is that the world has a responsibility to support them.”
