Zimbabwe: Farmers encouraged to plant drought tolerant crops

Maize has long been a main staple in Zimbabwe - but farmers are now being encouraged to grow traditional crops, which are more resistant to dry weather.
That is because the government is worried maize production will nearly halve this year due to low rains.

Al Jazeera’s Haru Mutasa reports from Mudzi, in a dry region in Zimbabwe where farmers are struggling to make a living.
