May 3rd is World Press Freedom Day. It aims to highlight the violence and persecution faced by journalists across the world. In Myanmar, after the military seized power in 2021, a violent crackdown on the media forced many journalists into exile.
One such journalist tells us his story, for his safety we have hidden his identity.
