Thousands of workers in South East Asia are being forced to work in conditions so hot that their lives are being put at risk, according to UK research.

The study, of brick kiln and garment workers in Cambodia, highlights the risk climate change will pose to those already working in hot countries.

Last May, Cambodia's temperature hit a new high of 41.6C during the hottest year on record.

As global temperatures soar, even a small increase could mean the difference between life and death for the tens of thousands of brick kiln workers across Asia.
