Will The RBI Governor Keep The Key Rates Unchanged?

The RBI Governor will announce the policy at 10 am this morning, days after the central government presented the Budget for 2021-22. Experts believe that the Monetary Policy Committee, which has met for the last time this financial year, will hold interest rates and continue with an accommodative policy stance so that necessary monetary action could be taken to push growth. The MPC kept the key benchmark rate unchanged in its last three reviews and current repo rate stands at a record low of 4 per cent.
