The quality of water in Delhi has been deteriorating day by day. The water was black in colour and the people were not able to do any domestic chores with it. Talking over it, former Mayor JP said that they had been holding protest called, 'Matka Tod'. He added that the protest will continue until Delhi government is shaken up and acts on it
