Two men have been arrested, cited, and released in connection with the tagging at Oceanwide Plaza in Downtown L.A. The majority of those involved have not yet been identified by LAPD.
The $1 billion dollar structure once promised mixed-use retail and luxury condos, but stalled in 2019 when its Beijing-based developer fell short on the funds needed to complete it.
The tagging drew mixed reactions online, with many complaining that the tower remains unfinished. Oceanwide Plaza sits across the street from the Crypto.com arena which will host the 66th Grammy Awards this Sunday.
