Photographer Jason Leo Bantle was travelling between Banff and Lake Louise, Alta., when he came across Bear 122, otherwise known as The Boss. Weighing in at somewhere between 650 and 700 pounds (295-317 kg), he's regarded as one of the most dominant grizzly bears in Banff National Park.
