The White House has criticised former president Donald Trump for suggesting parts of the constitution should be thrown out.
In a social media post, Trump again called for the 2020 election in the United States to be overturned and said elements of the constitution should be terminated.
There is no evidence to support Donald Trump's claims of election fraud in 2020.
Attacking the US Constitution is ‘anathema to the soul of our nation’, a White House spokesperson says.
