Manhas, a constable of the 210th CoBRA (Commando Battalion for Resolute Action), an elite wing of the CRPF, was safely handed over to the state police and to Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). Rakeshwar Singh thanked the government for his rescue and his family thanked ABP News for all the support. The family members of Manhas, 35, who belonged to Jammu, had protested here and appealed to the government to secure his release.
