Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is consulting the premiers on the country's multi-phase approach to re-open the borders.

As more Canadians get vaccinated for COVID-19, pressure has been mounting to lift travel restrictions and save the tourism sector. The feds say any reopening plan will involve a multi-phased approach.

As David Akin reports, no tentative dates have been announced as of yet.
