Abby Acosta-Pickering's brother Ollie was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer a few months before COVID-19 arrived in Canada. In a letter she wrote to him, Abby describes the fear and grief following the diagnosis and how the pandemic presented additional challenges for the family.
