Noelle O’Soup’s body was found in a Vancouver apartment in May 2022. Police officers searched that same apartment a few months prior but missed the 14-year-old's remains. CBC’s Michelle Ghoussoub takes us through what we’ve learned about the man who lived in the apartment and his link to Noelle.
