As war rages in Gaza, the U.S. is engaging in a flurry of diplomacy across the Middle East.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken has made a show of support for Israel, closely followed there by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
But many of Washington's Arab allies are conflicted.
Many have moved closer to Israel in recent years.
But on the streets, rallies are being held in a show of solidarity with Gaza.
