The governor of the Bank of England says inflation 'will fall rapidly' at the end of the year.

Andrew Bailey, who was speaking following the decision to raise interest rates to 4%, said the Bank has seen the "first signs that inflation has turned the corner" but added it was "too soon to declare victory".
