मैदानी इलाकों में जहां ठंड का प्रकोप बना हुआ है. वहीं, पहाड़ों पर भी मौसम बदलने लगा है और कई राज्‍यों में बर्फबारी (Snowfall) भी होने लगी है. भारी बर्फबारी के कारण जम्मू कश्मीर के कई जिलों में अलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया है.
