Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted, 'The last phase of the 2021 West Bengal elections takes place today. In line with the COVID-19 protocols, I call upon people to cast their vote and enrich the festival of democracy.'
The Election Commission (EC) on Wednesday said that no candidates will be allowed inside the counting hall without presenting a negative RT-PCR or RAT report or a report confirming that the candidate has received both doses of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) vaccine.
