Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy announced he was exiting the 2024 presidential race on Jan. 15 after finishing fourth in the Iowa Republican caucuses.

The Associated Press declared former President Donald Trump the winner of the Iowa contest, with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis finishing a distant second and former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley coming in third.

"Earlier tonight, I called Donald Trump to tell him that I congratulate him on his victory, and now going forward he will have my full endorsement for the presidency," Ramaswamy said.
