Chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson has two particular songs he’s turned to this year.
One is Prince’s “Sign o’ the Times,” which captured the tumultuous times of the 1980s, and Andra Day’s “Rise Up,” a song that has a “very positive chant” he’s been thinking about lately, he said.
