Actress Gwyneth Paltrow appears in court after being accused of crashing into a skier during a 2016 family ski vacation.

Terry Anderson, the man suing the actress, claims she was skiing out of control and left him with a concussion and four broken ribs.

Paltrow has countered that he was actually the culprit in the collision and is trying to exploit her celebrity and wealth.

Paltrow's children are expected to testify today.
