Herschel Walker told his supporters to “hang in there” on election night as votes in the race for the U.S. Senate in Georgia continue to be counted.

Walker, who is up against incumbent Raphael Warnock, said he “didn’t come to lose” while he thanked the crowd for coming out.

“If you have to go home. You’re gonna wake up tomorrow morning and see that the new senator for the great state of Georgia is Herschel Walker,” he said.
