President Joe Biden will speak Nov. 1 at the COP26 climate summit in Scotland, where world leaders are gathering to discuss international climate goals and reach new agreements on policies that will help fight climate change. The hope is that countries can curb carbon emissions enough to keep global warming as close to 1.5 degrees Celsius as possible.
