Experts in the care sector are warning that the UK's new immigration rules will add to an existing crisis over recruiting staff to care for the elderly and disabled.
In England it’s estimated there are already 112,000 job vacancies in care homes and home care.

The government insists that care companies will be able to recruit enough people from within the UK.
