Russian President, Vladimir Putin delivers an address at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

He has accused Ukraine of using US-supplied rockets to shell civilian targets in the Russian Belgorod region.Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian foreign ministry, claimed HIMARS rockets had been used and women and children had been killed

Putin is joined by Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwais and Bolivian President Luis Alberto Arce Catacora.

Chairing the session is Sergey Karaganov - a Russian political scientist.
