As rain belted Lismore and the surrounding area in February, there was a steady stream of warnings from the Bureau of Meteorology and State Emergency Service - but they failed to correctly predict how big the flood was or how soon it would hit. Speaking to #60Mins, several residents say calls to evacuate came too late.
