Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq heard the case related to Tosha Khana criminal proceedings, Chairman PTI and Election Commission lawyers appeared.

Khawaja Haris said that four cases should be brought before the court, then Chief Justice Amir Farooq remarked that if the order of the Supreme Court comes, we will see it.

Khawaja Haris said that the Supreme Court has directed the High Court to hear the case.

The Chief Justice of the High Court said that all these cases are heard together, tell me what happened to the order of the Supreme Court? Should all petitions be set for today?

On this, Khawaja Haris said that the Supreme Court has asked to hear the jurisdiction and transfer requests.

The Additional Attorney General said that based on the complaint, the cyber crime wing will first look, after which there will be an investigation. The judge said that the Facebook account is mine but the posts are not mine.

On this, Justice Amir Farooq remarked that nothing like this has come to me till yesterday, Barrister Gohar Ali said that the matter of the trial court had ended there and the peace was settled.

Khawaja Haris requested to stop the trial and said that in the absence of the accused, the statements of the witnesses were cross-examined.

After that, the court adjourned the hearing, directing to wait for the order of the Supreme Court.
