Venezuela's President has accused the international COVAX scheme of failing his country.
The scheme is designed to help poorer nations obtain vaccines - but Nicolas Maduro says Venezuela has not received doses that it has paid for.
Two months ago COVAX announced payments made to the system by Venzuela had been blocked by the Swiss bank UBS - even though the Biden Administration said all COVID purchases were exempt from sanctions.
Venezuela is struggling with US sanctions and an economic crisis that is affecting its ability to fight the disease.
So far it has only received about 3.5 million doses from China and Russia - and the country is currently testing thousands of doses of vaccines from Cuba.
