Ukranians have been flocking to the post office to buy a stamp that shows a Ukrainian solder making an obscene gesture to a Russian ship. One million were printed and are flying off the shelves.
Now, a Vancouver collector is hoping to put his stamp on a made-in-Canada campaign. Paul Johnson explains.
