Vance is 99% match with child born after he said Brennan relationship ended: paternity test

The probability that Gen. Jonathan Vance, a retired top soldier accused of sexual misconduct, fathered one child with Maj. Kellie Brennan, his accuser, is just shy of 100 per cent, according to paternity test results shared with Global News.

In order to protect the identity of the child, Global News is not disclosing their age but can confirm the test appears to contradict past statements by Vance that his sexual relationship with Brennan ended while the pair were stationed in Gagetown, N.B., in 2001.

Vance has also publicly denied knowing either of Brennan’s two children, let alone sharing DNA with them. Mercedes Stephenson reports.
