The US's coronavirus vaccination campaign has expanded to include all young people aged 12 to 15.

It comes as the World Health Organization calls on wealthy countries to donate vaccines to its COVAX scheme, which is helping low-income countries acquire jabs.

But as Al Jazeera's Patty Culhane reports, the Biden administration does not seem likely to heed that call.
