Uvalde shooting: Victim's families confront Texas authorities

Velma Duran interrupted proceedings during a gun law hearing in Texas to berate those who she says "enabled a shooter" during the Uvalde school massacre.

Two teachers and 19 students were killed during the attack in Uvalde, one of the worst school shootings in US history.

Velma Duran's sister Irma Garcia was one of two teachers killed at Robb Elementary School.
