There has been great devastation due to cloudburst near the India-Nepal border in Uttarakhand. Cloud burst in Kali river near Dharchula. After which the surrounding areas were submerged in water. Explain that the Kali river separates India and Nepal. If sources are to be believed, most of the devastation has occurred in this area due to the Bhadal burst. There is still a danger on the banks of the river and the administration has asked not to go near the river.
