US races to recover F-35 that crashed into South China Sea

US is working to retrieve an F-35 stealth fighter jet crashed in the South China Sea Monday. The jet was doing routine operations when the pilot was forced to crash land. onto the airdeck of the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier. The plane then slid into the sea as pilot ejected. US officials say it's going to be an extremely complex operation to recover the plane from the bottom of the sea.
