The US vaccination campaign has now reached more than 93 million people - just shy of 20 percent of the population.
Two million people are being vaccinated every day, but the number of those rejecting the vaccine is also sizeable.
And as Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds found out, it is tangled up in party politics and conspiracy theories.
