With the U.S. midterm elections around the corner, Democrats and Republicans are focusing on motivating millions of voters, especially Latinos in battlegrounds, to cast ballots.

They're the largest, fastest growing part of the electorate. An additional five million Hispanic voters have registered since the previous midterms in 2018. In Florida, Joe Biden urged voters that the election was not a referendum on him, but a choice between two radically different parties.
