A leak at a wastewater pond is causing concern that a "wall of water" could overwhelm hundreds of homes in the US state of Florida.
Officials in Manatee County declared a state of emergency on Sunday and ordered that the area around the Piney Point reservoir site be evacuated.
The large pond contains phosphorus and nitrogen from an old phosphate plant and the leak in the dam was discovered about a week ago.
