Groups of Afghan refugees have arrived in the US state of Virginia as part of President Joe Biden's administration's pledge to airlift them to safety out of Afghanistan.
After getting through Taliban checkpoints and braving days of travelling without much food or water, they are exhausted.
Four bases are building the capacity to host about 25,000 Afghans in the coming days.
