Every four years in the U.S., pollsters work to try and gage the mood in America and predict who could win the presidential election.
In 2016, almost all of them got it wrong, with President Donald Trump winning in some states predicted to be won by then Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, including what were considered Democratic "strongholds".
