U.S. President Donald Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani on December 2 presented numerous witnesses to testify before the Michigan House Oversight Committee as part of the President's voter fraud case.

Giuliani's key witness, Melissa Carone, said she saw "at least 30,000" ballots counted multiple times.

Carone has since gone viral for her animated, insinuation-filled testimony, with some openly wondering if she was intoxicated.

“I wasn’t drunk. I would swear under oath that I wasn’t drunk,” Carone told Inside Edition, after she was asked about her sassy and combative performance at the hearing.

“That’s my personality,” she said.

Carone added that Trump’s lawyers recruited her without asking about her criminal history, which includes a conviction for sending sex tapes to her fiance’s ex-wife.
