Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham took aim at U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s “radical agenda” after winning re-election in South Carolina, in a hard-fought Senate race in which he defeated Democratic opponent Jaime Harrison.

Graham also declared during his victory speech that U.S. President Donald Trump “is going to win.”

He added that he wants to find “common ground” between the parties, but said that he believed he won re-election by “speaking up when I needed to,” which he said included “speaking up for Judge Kavanaugh” during his Senate confirmation.

Graham also spoke about his campaign’s difficulties raising money in comparison to his opponent, who shattered congressional fundraising records to raise $57 million in the final quarter of his Senate campaign, thanking all the supporters who donated to his campaign.
