U.S. president-elect Joe Biden is set to deliver an address on Monday from Wilmington, Del. after the Electoral College finished voting in state legislatures across the country.

Biden is expected to speak about the vote certification and the "strength and resilience of our democracy," according to reports.

Throughout the day, electors cast their votes for Joe Biden and Donald Trump. It is expected Trump will receive 232 votes, with Biden taking 306, passing the required 270 to secure the presidency.
